Chicken with Turmeric, Zucchini and Carrots


1 to 1½ lbs. organic chicken breast

¼ lb. chicken hearts

2-3 tsp. Turmeric

¼ cup of grated zucchini

1 large carrot, shredded

Wash chicken and place in large pan.  Add 2 cups water and Turmeric.  Boil for about 20—25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.  Five minutes prior to chicken being done, add shredded zucchini and carrot.
