Liver and Eggs

Ingredients:

½ lb. to 1 lb. chicken or beef liver

3-4 eggs, scrambled

2 tbsp. shredded American cheese

Place liver in large pan and add ½ to 1 cup water to cook.  Scramble eggs in separate frying pan.  When liver is done, drain water, cut into pieces and add to scrambled eggs.  Add cheese.
